Dick de Gilder

Associate Professor Dick de Gilder is affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, holding dual roles in the Organization & Processes of Organizing in Society (OPOS) department and the Network Institute. His expertise spans organizational behavior, ethics, and social identity theory, with a focus on accountability mechanisms, employee volunteering, and strategic philanthropy.
