Diane Dodge is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Social Work at Yale Child Study Center, Yale School of Medicine. With over three decades of experience since 1990, she specializes in clinical work with children, adolescents, and families exposed to trauma, violence, and juvenile justice system involvement.

Her career includes pioneering collaborations such as the Child Development Community Police Project, where clinicians responded to crime scenes involving child trauma victims. She developed an afterschool program for justice-involved youth and coordinated treatment programs for sexually abused children. Currently supervises social work and psychology fellows in intensive home-based services for at-risk adolescents.
