Diana Laird

Diana Laird is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at UCSF, where she leads the Laboratory of Germline Development, Fitness and Aging. Her research focuses on molecular mechanisms regulating primordial germ cells (PGCs), with applications in infertility, aging, and environmental impacts on reproduction. She employs advanced imaging and genomic approaches in mouse models and human stem cells.
