Diana Haller

Diana Haller is a Croatian mezzo-soprano with Italian roots serving as Voice Coach at State University of Music and Performing Arts Stuttgart since 2023, while maintaining her position as ensemble member at Stuttgart State Opera since 2010/11. She assumes the role of Artistic Director at Chamber Opera Weißenhorn effective July 2025.

Her educational foundation includes training at Giuseppe Tartini Conservatory (Trieste), Royal Academy of Music (London), and State University of Music Stuttgart under Dunja Vejzović, with further coaching from Brigitte Fassbaender. This international pedigree informs her versatile artistry across historical performance practices.

Ms. Haller's expertise spans opera, concert, and Lied performance with particular distinction in Baroque, Bel Canto, and Strauss repertoire. Her technical mastery enables seamless transitions between fach categories - from mezzo roles like Rosina and Dorabella to soprano parts including Elettra and Desdemona - while maintaining stylistic authenticity across 400 years of vocal literature.

Her upcoming leadership at Chamber Opera Weißenhorn will create new performance pathways for students through initiatives like the November 2025 Liederabend featuring Harald Schmidt.
