Diana DiGennaro is a Lecturer in Residence and Director of the Academic Skills Program at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Her expertise spans Civil Procedure and Litigation and Legal Ethics. After graduating from Berkeley Law in 2006, she clerked for Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, followed by legal practice at Howard Rice and Arnold & Porter LLP, focusing on ethics, partnership disputes, and commercial litigation.
