Diana C. Robertson is the Samuel A. Blank Professor in Legal Studies and a Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. She currently serves as Vice Dean and Director of the Wharton Undergraduate Division and co-directs the Wharton Ethics Program.

Her research bridges business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and neuroscience. Key areas include moral reasoning, ethical decision-making, and neuroimaging studies to identify neural correlates of ethical sensitivity. Recent work explores bribery, emotional conflict resolution, and structural brain differences in post-conventional moral reasoning.
Robertson has received significant recognition, including the Albert E. Levy Scientific Research Award (2007) and multiple Excellence in Teaching Awards at Wharton and Emory University. Her publications span journals like Management Science, Neuropsychologia, and Journal of Business Ethics, alongside co-edited volumes advancing neuroethical frameworks.
