Diaa Gadelmavla

Diaa Gadelmavla is a Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Izmir University of Economics, Turkey. He earned his Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, in 2001, focusing on solar and stellar atmospheric heating by Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) waves.

• Research Focus: Solar/stellar oscillations, antenna engineering, RF energy harvesting, and mm-wave systems for 5G/6G applications.
• Industry Experience: 12 years as a researcher and senior network engineer at University of Heidelberg, Arcor AG, and DB-Telematic GMBH.
