Professor Dez Kyte is a Professor of Physiotherapy at the University of Worcester's School of Health and Wellbeing, Department of Allied Health. He transitioned from an NHS career as an Extended Scope Practitioner (Trauma & Orthopaedics) to academia in 2007, initially as a Clinical Tutor at the University of Birmingham. His expertise spans anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal practice, with a focus on innovative teaching methods like inquiry-based learning and digital blended learning. He holds a PgCert in Academic Practice (2019), PhD (2015), and MSc in Advancing Practice (2009).
