Devorah Margolin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies and the Blumenstein-Rosenbloom Senior Fellow at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Her research focuses on terrorism governance, propaganda, countering violent extremism, and the roles of women and gender in extremist movements. She holds a PhD in International Relations and Security Studies from King's College London.

Research Interests: Margolin’s work examines the governance strategies of jihadist groups, including ISIS and Hamas, as well as policy responses to terrorism. She has conducted extensive research on the reintegration of foreign terrorist fighters, detention camp management, and the intersection of gender and extremism.

- Co-PI on grants for reintegration programming and the Global Network on Extremism and Technology
