Devaprabu Abraham

Devaprabu Abraham, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Utah with adjunct appointments in Surgery and Pathology. He directs the Thyroid and Parathyroid Tumor Program at Huntsman Cancer Institute and holds certifications in head/neck ultrasonography (ECNU/AIUM). His academic journey includes medical training at the University of Madras (MBBS), residencies at the University of Utah and Mayo Clinic, and endocrine fellowship at Mayo Clinic.

Research Focus: Dr. Abraham specializes in thyroid/parathyroid oncology, pioneering minimally invasive techniques like ultrasound-guided ethanol ablation for thyroid nodules.
