Desislava Yordanova is a Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University. She specializes in entrepreneurship education, SME management, and family business dynamics. Her teaching focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, and international management across bachelor’s and master’s programs.
Her research explores digital transformation in SMEs, gender dimensions in entrepreneurship, and institutional influences on entrepreneurial behavior.
