Derek Booth is an Adjunct Professor at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management, University of California, Santa Barbara, with additional affiliations as a Researcher IV at the Earth Research Institute and Affiliate Professor at the University of Washington. His career spans public agencies, academia, and private sector roles in geology and geomorphology.
