Dennis Lambries is Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Newberry College. He earned his Ph.D. (2009), M.A. (1981), and B.A. (1980) from the University of South Carolina and Chapman College respectively.
His research examines state/local governance structures and public opinion dynamics through survey methodologies. He previously served as Assistant Director of the Survey Research Laboratory at USC and brings 23 years of military experience to his academic work. Dr. Lambries maintains active community involvement through elected office and service on state/local boards.
