Dennis Hassan serves as a Professor of Scene Design within the Department of Theatre Arts at Utah State University. His prolific career encompasses over 150 professional productions for prominent organizations including:
- Old Lyric Repertory Company
- Hale Center Theatre
- Utah Festival Opera Company
- Maine State Musical Theatre
- ACT-Hawaii
- Southwest Shakespeare
His creative expertise focuses on Scenic Design and Costume Design within theatrical production, with recent notable works including Aida and Thoroughly Modern Millie for Hale Center Theatre, Macbeth and Tartuffe costumes at Utah State Theatre, plus Alicia in Wonder Tierra and The Cherry Orchard. Last summer's designs featured The Dresser and Beau Jest.
Professor Hassan maintains active professional engagement through regular design work at Utah State Theatre, Montclair State University, and the Babcock Theatre while residing in Logan with his wife Wendy and four children.
