Associate Professor Denitza Topchiyska is a faculty member in the Department of Law at New Bulgarian University (NBU), where she has taught since 2009. Her academic work focuses on legal theory, data protection, digital law, and human rights, with a comparative lens on EU and US regulatory frameworks. She holds a PhD from Sofia University, where she defended a dissertation on European Union Policy on Personal Data Protection.
