Denise Fecker is a Lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck (part of the University of Innsbruck), focusing on Management and Tourism disciplines. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Management (2020–present), M.Sc. in Market and Media Research (2016–2019), and B.A. in Multilingual Communication (2011–2015). She teaches quantitative methods and supervises bachelor’s/master’s theses, emphasizing practical research skills.
Her research interests center on sustainable tourism development, employee commitment in the tourism industry, crisis communication strategies, and quantitative research methodologies. Fecker’s work has been recognized with the TTRA Best Visual Presentation Silver Award (2025) for her analysis of sustainable ski tourism perceptions.
