Delfi Nieto-Isabel is a Lecturer in History and Marie Skłodowska–Curie Fellow at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (IHSS). They co-lead the Time & Temporalities Research Cluster and the international Blurred Boundaries of Religious Dissent Research Initiative, and serve on the organizing committee of The Other Sister Project at the University of Toronto.
- PhD in History from the University of Barcelona (2018)
- Research Associate and Visiting Lecturer at Harvard Divinity School (2021-22)
Research Focus: Women's roles in medieval religious dissent, inquisitorial networks, digital humanities methodologies, and the intersection of gender, spirituality, and persecution. Their EU-funded ILLITTERATAE project examines beguine communities across the Mediterranean.
