Deksha Kapoor is a researcher at the Global Academy of Agriculture and Food Systems within the University of Edinburgh. She focuses on public health nutrition and chronic disease prevention, particularly type 2 diabetes in women with gestational diabetes history. Prior roles include Research Scientist at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S) and the Centre for Chronic Disease Control in India.
