Deirdre Lilly is an Instructor in the School of Education at the University of Delaware, serving as a field instructor and methods coordinator for the Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) program. She coordinates clinical experiences with the Red Clay School District and supervises students during methods semesters and student teaching. Her role includes teaching undergraduate courses on building learning communities and designing student teaching seminars.

Professional service includes committee work at school and district levels, alongside summer teaching roles in the Colonial School District. She currently oversees student teacher supervision and clinical placements, emphasizing practical pedagogical training.
