Deepti Anbarasan

Dr. Deepti Anbarasan is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Neurology at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She is also the Director of the Psychiatry Residency Training Program. Her expertise lies in neuropsychiatry, focusing on mood and behavioral disturbances linked to epilepsy, movement disorders, traumatic brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, and dementia. She holds dual board certifications in neurology and psychiatry, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient care. Her clinical work includes managing non-epileptic seizures (NES) and ADHD, with a commitment to patient-centered care and proactive healthcare engagement.
