Debra Schifrin is a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, specializing in improv-based pedagogy and corporate training. She co-created Stanford’s first improv-based MBA course, Spontaneous Management, and Creativity in the Business Ecosystem. Her work focuses on enhancing leadership, communication, and team agility through experiential learning.

Research & Expertise: Combines marketing strategy, improvisation techniques, and storytelling to improve organizational creativity and decision-making. Published over 80 Stanford business cases and a 2024 Harvard Business Review article on leadership communication.
