Debra L. Hamada is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Health Informatics, Information Management and Administration (HIIMA) Department and the Division of Preprofessional Studies at Loma Linda University. She holds a full-time academic position since 2006 and teaches in programs such as the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, Master of Science in Health Informatics, and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHA). Her professional background includes eight years in healthcare operations, focusing on medical information management, quality improvement, and case management.
