Debra L. Ainbinder

Debra L. Ainbinder is a Professor and Associate Dean in the College of Arts and Sciences at Lynn University, leading the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program and serving as Chair of Counseling and Psychology. Her academic roles include teaching over 20 courses, clinical supervision, and fostering resilience-focused education. She holds terminal degrees from Barry University (Ph.D.), Nova Southeastern University (M.S.), and the University of Florida (B.S.).

Her research emphasizes prevention science, trauma counseling, and resilience-building.
