Professor Debra Kelly specializes in French and Francophone Studies at the University of Westminster, with expertise spanning cultural memory, text/image studies, and Franco-British cultural relations. She holds a PhD from Birkbeck, University of London and has taught since 1992, becoming Professor in 2003.
Her research examines French communities in London through historical and gastronomic lenses, analyzing cultural identity and exchange. Major publications explore North African postcolonial writing, avant-garde literature, and Franco-British cultural connections.
