Deborah Zalesne is a Professor of Law at the City University of New York School of Law, specializing in contract, corporate, and commercial law. Her research focuses on family/intimate contracts, legal pedagogy, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment law. She co-authored Teaching To Every Student and contributed to the Contracting Law casebook. Her scholarship bridges theoretical and applied law, addressing societal issues like racial inequality in contracting and reproductive technology’s impact on family law.
Zalesne’s work spans over three decades, with notable contributions to sexual harassment law, including analyses of its applicability across gender and cultural contexts.
