Deborah Sivas is the Luke W. Cole Professor of Environmental Law and a Professor (Teaching) in Environmental Social Sciences at Stanford University. She also serves as the Director of the Stanford Environmental Law Clinic and as a Senior Fellow at the Woods Institute for the Environment.
Her research focuses on environmental law, policy, and social sciences, with an emphasis on natural resources, climate policy, and environmental justice. She leads the Environmental Law Clinic, which engages in advocacy and litigation, and contributes to interdisciplinary environmental research through her fellowship at the Woods Institute.
