Deborah M. Shirey is a Clinical Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Graduate Education at Baylor University's Louise Herrington School of Nursing. She joined the institution in 2019 and assumed the AD role in 2022, with 20 years of experience teaching traditional and online courses in Tennessee, Texas, and Arkansas.
