Deborah Hurley is a Professor of the Practice of Computer Science at Brown University, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering. She teaches courses focused on cybersecurity, ethics, and data policy, including CSCI 1800 (Cybersecurity and International Relations), CSCI 1870 (Cybersecurity Ethics), CSCI 2002 (Privacy and Personal Data Protection), DATA 0080 (Data, Ethics and Society), DATA 2080 (Data and Society), and EMCS 2210 (Privacy and Personal Data Protection).
