Deborah Heckert is a part-time Adjunct Associate Professor of Musicology at Brooklyn College, affiliated with the Conservatory of Music under the School of Visual, Media and Performing Arts. She specializes in British music from the 19th and 20th centuries, with a focus on British modernism, the English Musical Renaissance, and interdisciplinary connections between music and the visual arts.
