Deborah De Moortel

Deborah De Moortel is a postdoctoral researcher at the Brussels Institute for Social and Population Studies (Vrije Universiteit Brussel), affiliated with the Sociology department. She focuses on employment quality, health outcomes, and compassionate communities, with active roles in projects like EU-CoWork and COCO_ENV. Her research spans Germany, Korea, and the U.S., addressing topics like precarious work, gender disparities, and workplace mental health.
