Deborah Clark is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing at the Department of Nursing and Midwifery, Sheffield Hallam University. She holds a MSc in Healthcare Education and is a registered nurse (RN). Her work focuses on integrating patient safety, human factors, and simulation-based learning into healthcare education. She has held secondments with the Improvement Academy, contributing to national patient safety initiatives. As Simulation Lead, she coordinates interprofessional acute care courses and has pioneered innovative teaching methodologies.
