Debbie Wilber is an Associate Director and Research Associate at the National Initiative on Mixed-Income Communities (NIMC), and a Faculty Associate at the Schubert Center for Child Studies within Case Western Reserve University's Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. With over two decades of experience, she bridges academic research and community practice, focusing on systemic challenges affecting low-income families.

Current applied projects include legal-social work collaborations to resolve property ownership barriers in Cleveland neighborhoods.
