Debbie Rolfes is an Associate Professor and Director at the Ron and Jane Graham School of Professional Development, University of Saskatchewan, specializing in professional communication pedagogy. She holds graduate degrees in Theology (MTS) and English (MA) and integrates humanities training to develop ethical communication frameworks for engineering students.
Her research examines rhetorical identity formation, learning transfer, and communities of practice in technical education. Recent publications analyze mentorship models and epistemological foundations of communication pedagogy. Awards include the 2019 Honorary Fellowship from Engineers Canada for advancing engineering professionalism.
