Dr. Debbie Knight serves as the Interprofessional Education & Co-Curricular Coordinator at Harding University's Center for Health Sciences and holds the title of Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice in the College of Pharmacy. She leads the Nicaragua International Health & Wellness Experience program for pharmacy students. Her expertise focuses on interprofessional healthcare teams and patient-centered care delivery.

Research interests include interprofessional education and innovative clinical training methods. Her 2022 article in the Journal of Allied Health explores simulation-based learning through the 'Haunted House Experience' model. She has been recognized with the Harding University Teacher Achievement Award in 2019.
Dr. Knight has been at Harding University since 2012, emphasizing experiential learning and global health initiatives. She currently holds certifications as a Certified Dementia Provider and previously held board certification in nuclear pharmacy (2010–2017).
