Debbie Findlay is a Registered Nurse (Adult) and Non-medical prescriber with the NMC, specializing in primary care as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She holds an MSc in Nursing from Teesside University (2014) and has extensive clinical experience across the Armed Forces, Prison Service, and General Practice. Currently at Northumbria University, she teaches modules including History Taking and Clinical Skills in Primary Care, Respiratory Disorders, and supervises dissertation students. She is Module Lead for key courses on the MSC/BSC Professional Practice in Health and contributes to the Foundation Degree Nurse Associate program. Her research focuses on aging-related care, reflected in her upcoming book chapter on sensory changes in frail elderly patients.
