Roles & Affiliations: Professor of Voice, Director of Vocal Studies, Chair of Vocal Studies Area, and co-director of the Songwriting major at the University of Puget Sound School of Music. Member of the Seattle Opera Chorus. She directs Opera Theater and teaches courses including Popular Musicians, Popular Music Ensemble, and Class Voice.

Research & Teaching: Specializes in vocal pedagogy and the training of tenor and baritone voices from a mezzo-soprano perspective. Research presented at the International Voice Foundation Symposium, National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) National Conference, and the Art and Science of the Performing Voice Symposium.
Performances & Engagements: Renowned for operatic roles (e.g., Carmen, Azucena, Lady Jane) and concert works (e.g., Mozart’s Requiem, Penderecki’s Credo). Upcoming performances include Carmen (Bellevue Opera) and Fidalma in Cimarosa’s Il Matrimonio Segreto. Active in jazz and musical theater, including performances with Velocity and background vocals by Haley Storey ’25 and Natalie Worthy ’25.
