Dawei Zhang is a Lecturer at the Malaysian Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University. His research focuses on cognitive enhancement, educational neuroscience, and cognitive development. He holds a PhD in Neuropsychology/Psychophysiology from the University of Wollongong (2014-2018) and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience from Karolinska Institutet (2018-2021).
Research interests include non-invasive brain stimulation for executive function improvement, ADHD interventions using behavioral/EEG data, and AI-driven educational feedback. Key methods involve machine learning, EEG, longitudinal studies, and computational modeling. He has published widely on ADHD treatment variations, music-based neurocognitive mechanisms, and cross-cultural cognitive development.
