Dr. Dawei Qiu is a Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London, focusing on low-carbon energy systems and market design. He holds a PhD from Imperial College London (2020), an M.Sc. from University College London (2015), and a B.Eng. from Northumbria University (2014). His work integrates artificial intelligence, game theory, and reinforcement learning to address challenges in energy systems, including peer-to-peer trading, microgrid resilience, and decarbonization strategies. He is affiliated with the Control and Power Research Group and has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers, including influential work in IEEE Transactions and IJCAI.
