David Whyte is a Professor of Climate Justice at Queen Mary University of London, directing the Centre for Climate Crime and Climate Justice. Previously at the University of Liverpool, he joined Queen Mary in 2022. His research examines law's intersection with corporate power, focusing on climate justice, regulatory failure, and corporate accountability for environmental and human rights harms. He teaches modules on 'Climate Justice' and 'Researching Powerful Organisations.'
