Professor David Watson is a leading academic and clinician at Flinders University, serving as Head of the University Department of Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre since 2002. His work bridges clinical practice in upper gastrointestinal and oesophageal surgery with groundbreaking research in laparoscopic/endoscopic techniques and randomized clinical trials.
