David W. Litchfield

David W. Litchfield is a Professor at Western University's Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, Department of Biochemistry. His research focuses on signal transduction mechanisms governing cell proliferation and survival, with implications in cancer, atherosclerosis, and neurological disorders. He employs molecular biology, structural biology, and functional proteomics, notably investigating protein kinase CK2, CKIP-1, and Pin1.
