David W. Bulla is a Professor of Communication and Department Chair at Augusta University's Pamplin College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Dr. Bulla earned his MA in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington (2004) and Ph.D. in Mass Communications from the University of Florida (2004).
