David V. Schaffer

David V. Schaffer is The Hubbard Howe Jr. Distinguished Professor of Biochemical Engineering in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. His research program integrates molecular and cellular engineering approaches to address biomedical challenges, particularly focusing on gene therapy and stem cell biology for nervous system disease therapies.
