David Ginley is a Chief Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), focusing on defective transition metal oxides, nanomaterials, and atmospheric processing approaches to photovoltaics. His work spans high-temperature superconductors, Li-ion battery materials, ferroelectrics, transparent conducting oxides, and electrochromic materials.
