David Tulsky

David Tulsky is a Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware and Director of the Center for Health Assessment Research and Translation. His research focuses on developing and validating patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) for individuals with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and other physical/cognitive disabilities. He has pioneered adaptations of the PROMIS system for underrepresented populations and contributed extensively to understanding quality of life in disability contexts.
