David Sánchez Ruenes

David Sánchez Ruenes is a Full Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Computer Engineering and Mathematics, Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, Spain. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, data privacy, data semantics, and knowledge-based systems. He leads the CRISES research group and coordinates the H2020 project CLARUS. He has authored over 200 publications, including 85 journal articles, and holds an H-index of 48 (2023), ranking among the world’s top 1% cited computer scientists.
