David Spicer is a Professor of Small Business Development and Organisational Studies at the School of Management, University of Bradford, where he also serves as Director of Business and Community Engagement. He leads initiatives supporting small business and entrepreneurship, including Bradford’s contribution to the UK government-funded Help to Grow: Management program.
