Professor David Sheard is a globally recognized leader in dementia care and emotional intelligence, currently affiliated with York St John University as Professor of Emotional Intelligence in Care within the School of Science, Technology and Health. With an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Surrey (2010) and academic qualifications from the University of Hull, he has dedicated his career to transforming care cultures through evidence-based practice, education, and advocacy.
