David Salac, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University at Buffalo, part of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. His research focuses on computational fluid dynamics, material systems with moving interfaces, numerical methods, directed self-assembly, and high performance computing. He holds a PhD and MS from the University of Michigan (2007) and a BS from Michigan Technological University (2002).
