David Roth-Isigkeit

Prof. Dr. David Roth-Isigkeit is a University Professor for Public Law (especially Digitalization Law) at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer since 2023. He specializes in the legal implications of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and normative frameworks for public administration.
